II’m a nurse, teacher, and writer. My work has moved through emergency medicine, school health, wilderness medicine, and hospice care. Much of my life has been spent alongside people in moments of crisis, transition, and uncertainty, when clarity matters and shortcuts fail.
I’m interested in how real change actually happens. Not quick fixes or motivation cycles, but durable shifts built through attention, responsibility, and care. Health, in my experience, is less about optimization and more about learning how to live well inside the life you already have.
On occasion, I work one-on-one with a very small number of people. This is not motivational coaching. It is a serious, collaborative process focused on honesty, structure, and long-term change.
We don’t stop at understanding. This work includes movement, nutrition, recovery, and changes to daily routines and relationships, where insight is either embodied or lost. I’m not attached to rigid methods; different bodies need different things at different times, and consistent action matters more than perfect programming.
I don’t offer universal answers or packaged solutions. What I offer is steady presence, clear thinking, and a process grounded in real human experience.
This work is guided by a simple aim: to live honestly and authentically, so that nothing essential is left unresolved at the end.
If you’re interested in thoughtful, one-on-one work, you’re welcome to reach out by email. I read everything myself and respond when it feels like a good fit.
